It’s taken a few days to come to terms with the latest pandemic currently sweeping the globe.
Firstly we would like to thank the front line staff across the country who are going through a battle of epic proportions.
Let alone the people directly effected by this terrible virus.
With the containment measures currently in place we should hopefully see a decline in new cases soon.
Who to support? Everyone!
The NHS are currently trying to recruit 250’000 volunteers so help with local community schemes. Ensuring essential services are delivered.

What does this mean for Impact Fitness?
Well, as the old saying goes we’re adapting, creating and applying.
I’m here to help for all my past, present and future clients.
As all leisure facilities are now shut and a partial lock down in place for the foreseeable future, I’m unable to hold 1-to-1 personal training sessions.
Under any circumstances.

As I’m self employed the current financial help available is limited and vague. We await further news from the government.
New ways of working
With immediate effect I’ll be opening up my fitness app to the wider community for FREE!

This includes 35 workouts that can be done at home with little or no equipment. All with hand video tutorials.
1 to 1 Online Personal Training
I’m also running 1-to-1 personal training via video link. It’s easier than you think! Drop me a line to discuss further.
I’ve put together a set of home workouts free of charge available through my app. Check it out here
Lots of workouts you can do at home with little or no equipment.
As always I’ll be on hand via email or phone to discuss any health or fitness requirements.
It’s never been more important to stay fit and healthy
Having a fit and strong cardiovascular system is the ideal way to give yourself as best chance to fight the virus, should you be unlucky to get it.
At time of writing the government has advised that an hours exercise outdoors is still permitted under the new lock down restrictions. 1 hour per day!.
Please observe appropriate social distancing at all times.
We just need to stay apart, so no classes, bootcamps! We can still remain fit and healthy with a bit of adjustment.
With a corodinated lockdown effort and mass testing we will hope to see a reduction in new infections.
Stay Strong, Stay Safe
