This can vary from client to client, although a typical session will involve:

A workout could be a full high energy but doesn’t necessarily have to be. You will be focusing on specific areas depending on goals. Complete beginners will benefit from my introduction to exercise, covering everything you need to know when starting to exercise.

This can depend on your requirements. Workouts can be held in the following location:
